  • Alpas has an extensive database of venues to suit every requirement. From group sizes of 15 to 600, we have venues across the UK and Europe which we can book for your event.

    All we need is a brief: dates, attendee numbers, ideal location, room requirements, style of event and we go away and source you the perfect venue.

    Within a handful of days, Alpas will come back to you with venue options based on your requirements. Then based on your feedback we shortlist this down to two or three options and plan site visits with you, and based on your feedback we move forward.

  • After years of working in events, we know how stressful planning an event can be. Working with our trusted suppliers we can save you the time of searching for the perfect caterers, AV supplier, or team-building activity.

    We can take care of all communication, review all health and safety documentation, and liaise with the venue to ensure everything goes smoothly.
